midPhase Support Review

midPhase has true 24/7 phone support, however they do not have live chat.

While reviewers found the service to be quite reliable, there was considerable frustration with the billing systems. The access info to the billing system is not the same as the access to the hosting account and it is hard to tell what services you are renewing.
